JAMMU, July 18: Jammu Police has seized 8 vehicles involved in illegal mining from different parts of the district.
“While one tractor trolley without registration number has been seized by Police Station Akhnoor, a tipper bearing registration number JK11A-3851 has been seized by Police Station Jhajjar Kotli and one tractor trolley without registration number seized by Police Station Arnia,” a police spokesman said.
He said 2 tractors without registration numbers have also been seized by Police Post Phallain Mandal, one dumper bearing registration number JKO2CV-9503 by Police Post Sainik Colony, one tractor trolley bearing chasis number MBNAAALXBKTF03932 by Police Post Pounichak and one dumper bearing registration number JKO1AN- 5414 by Police Post Chatha.
DMO Jammu was also intimated about the same, the spokesman said.
