JAMMU, June 3: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) SC Morcha held “Dr. BR Ambedkar Vishwaas rally” under “eight Saal Sewa, Sushasan Aur Gareeb Kalyan” at RS Pura.
Jugal Kishore Sharma from Jammu-Poonch Lok Sabha constituency, J&K BJP general secretary and former Minister, Dr. Devinder Kumar Manyal, DDC Chairman, Bharat Bhushan, SC Morcha, national secretary and Prabhari J&K, Santokh Singh Gumtala, BJP district president, HS Pammi, former MLA Ashwani Sharma, Morcha Prabhari, Jaidev Rajwal, Morcha president, Prof. Gharu Ram Bhagat, Morcha NEM, Mohan Thappa, Morcha NEM Surinder Bhagat, BDC Chairman, Kuldeep Bhagat, DDC members Dharminder Kumar, Vidya Motan and Surekha Bhagat addressed and participated in the rally.
Rally was organized and managed by “eight Saal Sewa, Sushasan Aur Gareeb Kalyan” in charges KK Dhingra, Adarsh Jathiar and Morcha district president, Bahadur Lal.
Today’s rally started from Kullian and proceeded to RS Pura Main Bazar and returned to Kullian where senior leaders addressed the rally.
Jugal Kishore Sharma while addressing the meeting remembered the contributions of Baba Sahib. He that said that it was a pity that a person with such a strong persona was not given due recognition by earlier Congress led Government and now BJP has ensured that contributions of Baba Saheb are remembered at the booth level.
Dr. Devinder Manyal paid tribute to the chief architect of the Indian Constitution on the occasion and said that his ideas and ideals have taught way of life to all the sections of society. He said that the nation will always be indebted for his contributions. He said that under the programme the BJP activists are contributing 75 hours of community service and public outreach programme.
Santokh Singh Gumtala termed Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar as the iconic social revolutionary of modern times who continued his mission of struggle throughout his life. He said that conferred with the Bharat Ratna, India’s highest civilian award, Baba Saheb will continue to be a role model for the millions for centuries to come.
Jaidev Rajwal speaking on his life said that born on April 14, 1891, Baba Saheb was an Indian jurist, economist, politician and social reformer who campaigned against social discrimination towards every oppressed class.
Prof. Gharu Ram Bhagat urged all to ensure that their future generations do remember contributions of such great personalities so that the society never loses its track.
Morcha State vice presidents Seema Devi, Narsingh Dayal and Tilak Raj Bhagat, general secretaries, Rakesh Sangral and Mohinder Bhagat and others were present.

Programme Incharges KK Dhingra and Adarsh Jathiar said that SC Morcha is conducting Chopal Baithaks and rallies in all organizational districts from May 30 to June 14.
