JAMMU, May 30: The Finance Department of J&K Government has terminated the probation and discharged from service the Inspector (Probationer) in State Taxes Department (STD), Inspector Khalid Bashir Tantray son of Bashir Ahmad Tantray resident of Kursun Lolab, Kupwara at present Gousia Colony Bemina, Srinagar.
A government order in this regard stated that pursuant to the approval of competent authority, sanction was accorded to the termination of probation of Inspector Tantray and his discharge from service with immediate effect in terms of Rule 21(1) (b) of the Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeals) Rules, 1956.
