JAMMU, May 2: A victim of road accident today succumbed to his injuries here at Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH).
According to a police sources, the victim identified as Balinder Singh (25) son of Balwan Singh, resident of Malouri (Doda), was shifted here at GMCH on April 29 after he received serious injuries in a road accident occurred in Doda district.
“However, the man succumbed to his injuries today at about 10: 30 AM,” they said, adding, the body of the deceased was handed over to his legal heirs for last rites after completion of all medico-legal formalities.
The Doda police had already taken cognizance of the matter.
