JAMMU, Apr 3: DDC Member Suchetgarh, Taranjit Singh Tony today asked the people of J&K to boycott the Delimitation Commission as it allegedly not maintained the sanctity of being a constitutional body.
Address a meeting in Bikram Nagar area of Gadigarh here, Tony claimed that the Commission is dancing on the tunes of BJP.
“The delimitation panel has lost its credibility when the audio clips of BJP J&K chief, Ravinder Raina and senior Party leader, Shakti Parihar became viral on social media but now what is happening is the limit as every big and small activist of BJP is sharing information about next step of the panel thus mocking at this constitutional body and democracy,” Tony maintained.
He said that BJP members in Suchetgarh, R.S Pura, Jammu province and other parts of J&K are claiming with full confidence that Suchetgarh would soon be de-reserved thus giving ample proof that the delimitation panel is dancing on the tunes of BJP.
The DDC Member said that Delimitation Commission has merely become a ‘Yes Man’ of BJP High Command and has nothing to do with aspirations of other entities in J&K.
He questioned how come BJP is announcing certain things prior to the announcement of final declaration by the Delimitation Commission.
Jasvir Singh, Kuldeep Singh, Parvinder Singh, Nitu Sharma and others were also present on the occasion.
