JAMMU, Feb 15: National Conference (NC) provincial president, Rattan Ll Gupta has claimed that people are looking towards NC with hope and therefore it is responsibility of the party cadre to meet their expectations.
Welcoming Thakur Gaja Singh Katoch, senior BJP leader BJP from district Ramban after he joined NC here today, Gupta said that J&K is passing through most difficult phase and NC is the only political party to help the people.
He exhorted the party cadre to shoulder responsibilities of steering J&K to peace and political stability.
Sajjad Shaheen, district president Ramban exhorted the people to strengthen NC at gross root level and maintain peace and harmony.
Sheikh Bashir Ahmed, Pyare Lal Sharma, Harnam Singh, block president and others were also present on the occasion.
