JAMMU, July 17: In a petition filed by one Om Parkash, BDO Mahore challenging the promotion of Sushil Kumar Attri, presently posted as General Manager JKTDC Jammu, to the time scale of KAS High Court today staged the order.
After hearing Advocate Abhinav Sharma appearing for the petitioner and Senior Advocate M K Bhardwaj with Advocate Ajay Abrol for the caveator, Justice B L Bhat issued notice and in the meanwhile stayed the operation of impugned order No 860-GAD dated June 6, 2013 to the extent it pertain to promotion of Sushil Kumar Attri.
