SRINAGAR, Sept 5: Body of a Panch was recovered from a field in Ladoora village of Rafiabad area of Sopore in North Kashmir’s Baramulla district this morning.
An officials said that the body of a Panch identified as Mehrajdin Mir, son of Mohammad Amin Mir of Ladoora was recovered by locals from the field this morning.
He said that the locals informed the police after the body was found. The body was sent to Baramulla for post mortem.
An official said that there was no visible mark on the body and it appears to be natural death.
Senior Superintendent of Police Sopore has ordered investigation, and a case has been registered in this regard.
