JAMMU, Aug 24: The Government has transferred Ishtaq Ahmad Bhat, Deputy Secretary, Science and Technology Department and posted him as Deputy Secretary in Culture Department.
Meanwhile, services of Tufail Matoo, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, are placed at the disposal of Culture Department to render necessary assistance in the implementation of various initiatives under the ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’ celebrations till further orders.
