POONCH, Aug 12: A woman was seriously injured after she was attacked by a bear in Baila area of Mandi in district Poonch today.
Official sources said that Sakeena Bi of Baila village was attacked by a wild bear in the nearby forest area when she had gone along with her cattle for grazing. She raised alarm and was rescued by the locals of the area. Later, she was admitted to Mandi hospital and then referred to District Hospital Poonch, sources added.
