Under these orders, then Director Colleges, Dr M Y Peerzada had transferred a large number of Non-teaching and Class-IV employees of various colleges with no rational and then also issued modification order in case of a few on the same day. These orders, issued by the outgoing Director on the day of his superannuation, had raised many eyebrows as several employees were transferred within the city colleges and those serving in rural belts were again posted in far flung areas.
Secretary Higher Education Department, Sushma Chouhan today issued an order, according to which these four orders issued by Director Colleges have been rescinded ab-initio in interest of administration.
