JAMMU, May 22: A dhaba worker was found murdered by some miscreants in Vikas Nagar area here.

As per police sources, a man identified as Shiv Kumar Sharma (44), son of Bihar Lal, a resident of Billawar District Kathua was found murdered by miscreants with some blunt objects in Vikas Nagar area of Sarwal, where he was working at a dhaba.
On getting information, police team rushed to the spot and shifted the body to mortuary of GMCH Jammu for autopsy. Senior police officers including SSP Jammu Chandan Kohli also visited the spot.
After conducting post-mortem, the body of the deceased was handed over to legal heirs for last rites.
A case under relevant Sections has been registered at Police Station Bakshi Nagar and investigation started.
During initial investigation, some suspects have been detained by Sarwal Police for questioning.
