JAMMU, Apr 1: The Government has constituted a four member Committee with Administrative Secretary Department of Disaster Management, Relief, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction as its chairman to resolve the issue of seniority of employees appointed under Prime Minister’s Special Package in different Departments of Union Territory of J&K.
The Committee has been asked to submit its report within a period of 15 days. An order to this effect was issued by General Administrative Department (GAD) here today.
The members of the Committee included Administrative Secretary, Department of Law , Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, Representative of General Administrative Department (GAD) who should not be below the rank of Additional Secretary and representative of PWD (R&B) who should also not be below the rank of Additional Secretary.
