MENDHAR, May 7: A house was totally damaged in mysterious fire incident at village Ghani Banola, under Mendhar police jurisdiction this morning.
The incident took place at around 10 am today. The fire started from the corner of the house and then it spread to the other parts. While the family members ran to the safety, the house hold items were totally damaged. The villagers though ran to the site for rescue but the house, made up of wood, mud and stone walls, got engulfed in flames. The cause of fire could not be known immediately but the family suspects some foul play.
The police registered a case and started investigation. The loss of property was being assessed. Entire house was reduced to ashes.
