Kathua, May 7: Kathua Police arrested a youth in connection with alleged rape of a girl in Ghati village of the district.
The Police has also registered a case under Section 376 against the youth. According to Kathua Police on the basis of the complaint lodged by the girl that three youth including Khajoor Singh of the same village outraged her modesty when she along with them were working in a field to reap the wheat crop in the area last month.
The police after investigations today arrested Khajoor Singh while other two youth are at large.
