JAMMU, Dec 11: The students of Government Medical College (GMC) Kathua excelled in various events organized during the 4-day-long All India Physiology Festival.
The Festival was organized by Lady Hardinge Medical College Delhi. From J&K, only students from GMC Kathua participated in the Festival.
On Day 1, a skit competition was organized in which the participating team was Kathua Combatants of GMC Kathua (Kanish Gupta, Raghunandni Singh, Jasmine Kour, Kawaljeet Singh, Vanshika Verma, Ashish Singh, Somani Gupta, Aditi Bhat)
The poem recitation was organized on Day 2, representation of GMC Kathua was recorded by Raghunandni Singh. Step-o-scope, GMC Kathua (Eishveen Kaur, Arushi Mahajan, Anima Sawhney, Aditi Bhat) participated in Day 4 miscellaneous events.
Kathua Combatants bagged third position and Raghunandni Singh scored the first position in their respective events under the guidance of Principal Dr Anjali Nadir Bhat, HoD Physiology Dr Sabita Yograj and the entire Physiology Department.
