JAMMU, May 18: A ‘live’ mortar shell of 81 mm was today found along the international border in Samba district.
“Mortar shell of 81 mm was found this afternoon close to SM Pura border outpost in Ramgarh Sector, official sources here said. They said the shell was seen in a field by a villager namely Balwinder, son of Ramesh Chand, resident of the sector.
He informed the nearest BSF post following which the shell was seized.
