JAMMU: Union Minister in Prime Minister’s Office Dr Jitendra on Friday said 80 per cent of employees in the Civil Secretariat are from the Kashmir valley, what type of ‘Azadi’ (freedom) else they (Kashmiris) want to have.
“Eighty per cent employees in the Civil Secretariat are from Kashmir valley and what kind of ‘Azadi’ they talk of to have more than that,” Dr Singh said while addressing the participants from 19 states and Union Territories attending the Regional Conference on ‘Replication of Good Governance Practices in the UTs of J&K and Ladakh.
