JAMMU, Apr 15: The Government today ordered promotion of eight officers of Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Services (JKAS) to the Special Scale in Pay Level 13 with effect from April 7.
They are MS Choudhary, Nisar Ahmad Wani, Rajesh Kumar Shavan, Dr Mushtaq Ahmad, Angrez Singh Rana, Om Prakash Bhagat, Ramesh Chander and Abdul Rashid War.
