700 kgs lahan, working still, 45 bottles of illicit liquor destroyed

KATHUA, May 22: The sleuths of Excise Department destroyed 700 kilograms lahan, one working still and 45 bottles of illicit liquor.
As per official spokesman, on the directions of the Excise Commissioner Mohammad Javed Khan and supervision of Deputy Excise Commissioner (Executive), Jammu Ghanshyam Singh, the Excise Team Kathua led by ETO Excise Range Kathua Sandeep Gupta and Inspector Excise Arun Kumar raided the Jaraie, Tarf Sanji, Khokyal and Sumwan areas of Kathua district.
In the process, more than 700 kilograms of lahan, one working still and 45 bottles of illicit liquor were recovered and destroyed later.
