KATRA, June 29: Eight persons, including seven pilgrims from Jaipur, were injured in a head-on collision between Tempo and passenger bus at Kadmal, near Katra, here today.
Tempo JK20- 1823 was on way from Katra to Jammu while the bus JK02AP- 4856 was coming from the opposite direction. The injured were rushed to Community Health Centre Katra where doctors referred two of them to GMC & Hospital Jammu.
Those referred to GMC Jammu, were identified as Sapna Soni, wife of Mahesh Soni of Jaipur and Chanda Soni, wife of Lalit Soni of Jaipur.
Those admitted in CHC Katra, were identified as Meena Soni wife of Sawara Soni of Hanuman Vatika Jaipur, Riya Soni, daughter of Sawara Soni, Chander Kanta wife of Rajinder Soni, Khushboo Soni wife of Parveen Soni and Kanta Devi wife of Om Parkesh of Kadmal Katra.
