NEW DELHI: SC Collegium unanimously agrees in principle to reiterate recommendation to elevate Justice K M Joseph as SC judge.
Justice Joseph’s name would accompany recommendations for other names for elevation as SC judges said Collegium resolution.
SC Collegium decides to meet again on May 16.
