JAMMU/SRINAGAR/ LEH, Feb 13: Sixty persons today tested positive for COVID-19 while 77 others recovered from the virus in Jammu and Kashmir.
Thirteen fresh COVID positive cases were reported in the Jammu region, 10 of them in Jammu district and one each in Udhampur, Rajouri and Reasi districts.
Nine other recovered from the virus including eight in Udhampur and one in Jammu district.
Jammu region now has 51743 Corona cases. Of them, 162 are active positives while 50857 have recovered from the virus and there have been 724 casualties in the region.
The Union Territory of Ladakh today reported two Corona positive cases, both in Leh district.
Ladakh now has 9765 Corona cases. Among them, only 49 are active positives while rest 9586 have been treated. There have been 130 COVID casualties in Ladakh including 86 in Leh and 44 in Kargil district.
Kashmir today reported 47 fresh cases of COVID-19.
Those who tested positive include 27 from Srinagar, 3 Baramulla, 4 Budgam, 5 Pulwama, 1 Kupwara, 3 Anantnag, 2 Ganderbal and 2 from Kulgam
The number of cases in Kashmir division has reached 73,525 including 71,846 recoveries and 1,225 deaths.
The number of active cases in Jammu and Kashmir are 616 including 454 from Kashmir division.
With 77 more recoveries, the tally of total recoveries in Jammu and Kashmir has reached 122,703, which is 97.96 percent of the total cases.
