RAJOURI, Mar 14: Six persons were injured when a vehicle rolled down into a gorge in Manjakote area of district Rajouri this evening.
A police spokesman said that a Tata Dexon vehicle with registration No. JK12A/0491 which was on way to Surankote from Tatapani in Kalakote rolled down into a gorge near Deri Lalyot at around 5.30 pm. Six injured persons were rushed to SDH Manjakote and then referred to GMC, Hospital Rajouri.
The injured were identified as Mohd Shakoor (50), Khursheeda Begum (60), Kaleena Akhtar (48), Safina Akhtar (18) Zohra Khatoon (16) and Fozia Kouser (11), all residents of Faizlabad in Surankote. The police has taken cognizance of the matter.
