KATRA, July 30: Police today arrested six gamblers and also seized the stake money of Rs 23,800 during the raid.
Acting on a specific information, a police party of Police Station Katra raided a gambling site and found six person playing cards. Police arrested all the accused and also seized the stake money of Rs 23800 as well as the playing cards.
The arrested gamblers have been identified as Satpal Singh, Kuldeep Singh, Shamsher Singh, Karnail Singh, Hari Singh, all residents of Arli Road, Katra and Bodh Raj of Ward number 4, Panthal Road Katra.
