Srinagar, Aug 26: Around six doctors were found absent today from their duties at Sub District Hospital (SDH) Sopore during a surprise visit conducted on the directions of Deputy Commissioner, Baramulla.
Tehsildar Sopore along with his team carried out a surprise visit to SDH Sopore where six doctors were found on unauthorized absence from their duties.
The doctors found absent have been named as Dr Mohammad Ashraf Consultant Surgeon, Dr Mohammad Sultan M.O, Dr Mohammad Saleem Chesti, Dr Mudasir Nazir, Dr M. Rafi and Dr Sheikh Dawood
In this regard, the officials said that a detailed reported including the attendance that has been produced by the Block Medical Officer (BMO) Sopore has been submitted to the higher-ups for further necessary action in this regard.
