NEW DELHI, Oct 16: Industrial and logistics real estate developer IndoSpace today announced appointment of Aditya Sikri as President.
Sikri was the CEO of Bengaluru-based Mantri Developers. He has over 18 years of real estate experience in India and internationally, the company said in a statement.
“He (Sikri) is joining at a time when IndoSpace, as market leader, continues to design and build best-in-class industrial real estate facilities that cater to the complete infrastructure requirements of our expanding list of clients,” said Rajesh Jaggi, Managing Partner Everstone and IndoSpace Real Estate.
Recently, Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) made a significant commitment of over USD 1 billion towards IndoSpace’s assets.
On his appointment, Sikri said he looks forward to assisting IndoSpace to continue growing and maintaining its leadership position.
IndoSpace currently has a portfolio of 28 logistics and industrial parks including developed parks, as well as parks under various stages of development.
Indopsace is a joint venture between the Everstone Group and Realterm.
The Everstone Group is a private equity and real estate investment firm with assets under management of about USD 4 billion. Realterm is a global industrial real estate firm based in the US. (PTI)
