53 JKAS officers posted in Revenue, RDD

JAMMU, June 12: The Government today posted 53 junior scale probationers of 2023 batch of the Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Services (JKAS) in Revenue and Rural Development & Panchayati Raj Departments.
A General Administration Department (GAD) order issued in this regard read: “in the interest of administration, 53 Junior Scale Probationers of 2023 batch of Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service, who are presently undergoing training at J&K IMPA&RD, are hereby recalled and their services are placed the disposal of the concerned departments, for further posting.”
Of the 53 officers who have been recalled after completion of their training, 22 have been posted in the Revenue Department and 31 in Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Department.
The officers who have been posted in the Revenue Department are Megha Gupta, Shreya Sharma, Afsha Afren, Aana Jamwal, Jaazia Kazmi, Nivranshu Hans, Ratandeep Sharma, Saqib Rashid Dar, Predhyum Atri, Mahrukh Fatima, Arushi Sabharwal, Umar Jahanzeb, Pushpal Saroop, Nittin Singh, Abhimanyu Kalsotra, Sagar Vishav, Mehak Mahajan, Athira, Tejinder Sharma, Manan Bhat, Harvir Singh, and Atif Arbab Khateeb.
Among the officers posted in Rural Development Department (RDD) are Sonali Arora, Saima Ahad, Tafheem Firdous, Neha Choudhary, Bhushan Kumar Singh, Aparajita Aryan, Hitesh Kumar Loona, Akhil Bhau, Ghulam Maya Din, Peerzada Rasiq Hamid Shah, Rasika Sikka, Sheikh Wajad Ahmed Azad, Anmol, Nadia Shameem, Dinesh Singh, Naveel Hamdani, Nidhi Kralia, Shallu Kumari, Mehak Chowdhary, Reyaz Ahmad Rather, Binal Ul Showkat, Farman Ul Din, Nazir Ahmad Bijran, Amjed Mehmood, Asaf Ali, Lateef Ahmad Mantoo, Abhilove Mahajan, Asgar Hussain, Kavita Bindhral, Kunal Singh, and Chetan Sharma.
“The respective Administrative Departments shall post these officers, immediately, in conformity with the guidelines inter-alia contained in the transfer policy notified vide Government order number 861-GAD of 2010 dated July 28, 2010 and amendments issued from time to time.
“While doing so, it shall be ensured that these officers are posted outside their home districts. However, this shall not be applicable to the officers having been appointed to the JKAS on the basis of being Resident of Backward Area of an Area adjoining Line of Actual Control, who shall be posted in their respective areas in terms of sub-section 2 of section 3 of the J&K Reservation Act, 2004,” the GAD order further read.
