JAMMU, Apr 21: Police rescued 53 bovine animals and seized three vehicles.
As per police sources, teams from Nagrota police station and Sidhra police post rescued 53 bovine animals and seized three vehicles including two trucks during checking at three check points.
The bovine smugglers managed to escape from the spot taking benefit of the darkness.
Three cases have been registered at Nagrota police station and hunt has been launched to arrest the bovine smugglers.
