POONCH, June 27: On the direction of Chief Education Officer Poonch, Abdul Hamid Fani, various teams of officers conducted surprise visit of different schools and found several teachers as well as official absent from duty.
The team inspected 69 schools and recommended disciplinary action against 51 erring officials.
At PS Bandian, Zone Mandi, Mehroon Zohra teacher was found absent while at MS Baila, Irfan Ali teacher was absent. At GPS Lehar, Mohd Sayed teacher and Anjum Hussain teacher were found absent,
At High School Baila, HM Mahroof Hussain, Arif Hussain Mir Master, Liaqat Hussain Master, Manjeet Singh PEM, Abdul Rashid Teacher and Keh Kashan teacher were found absent
On the directions passed by Director School Education Jammu, all the concerned DDOs were asked to deduct the salary of the earring officials for the period they were found absent.
