JAMMU, Dec 7: Government today ordered promotions and transfers of Incharge Executive Engineers and Incharge Assistant Executive Engineers in the R&B Department with immediate effect.
According to an order issued by Tanveer Jehan, Commissioner Secretary, Public Works (R&B) Department, N K Dhar, Incharge Executive Engineer Tourism Department, Bachan Lal, Incharge XEn J&K Housing Board, Khushal Chand, Incharge XEn REW, Abdul Majid Khan, Incharge XEn PMGSY Anantnag and Mohammad Sultan Najar, Incharge XEn SKUAST (K) have been promoted as Incharge Superintending Engineers in their own pay and grade.
Upon these promotions, Government also ordered transfers and postings of six Incharge Superintending Engineers of R&B (Civil) with immediate effect.
Incharge SE Ashwani Gabgotra, awaiting orders of postings, has been posted in Jammu Development Authority. N K Dhar has been posted in PMGSY Jammu, Bachan Lal in PMGSY Circle Leh, Khushal Chand in REW Kashmir, Abdul Majid Khan in PMGSY Circle Baramulla and Mohammad Sultan Nazar in JKPCC Srinagar.
Government has also promoted 29 Incharge Assistant Executive Engineers of R&B Civil as Incharge Executive Engineers in their own pay and grade.

Upon these promotions, the Government ordered transfers and postings of 44 Incharge Executive Engineers of R&B (Civil) with immediate effect.

M K Bhat, TO to CE R&B (K) has been posted in JKPCC, Nazir Ahmad Banday, awaiting orders of posting, has been posted in PMGSY Uri vice Showkat Ahmad. Kachoo Mahamood Ali has been shifted from NIT Kashmir and posted in SKUAST (K). Sudhir Kumar Shah has been shifted from Housing Board to Sports Council Jammu, Showkat Ahmad from PMGSY Uri to NIT (K) vice Kachoo Mahmood Ali.
Tarseen Kumar, TO to Chief Engineer, Project Organization has been transferred and posted in Housing Board, R K Makroo has been shifted from R&B Division Reasi to REW Jammu. Bashir Ahmad Rather, awaiting orders of posting, has been posted in Sports Council. Ravinder Raina has been shifted from Sports Council to Chenab Valley Power Project. Manzoor Ahmad Zonga has been shifted from R&B Division, Uri to ERA and A R Rigoo from PMGSY Nowshera to SICOP.
