SRINAGAR, Feb 17: Five persons were injured in different road accidents across the Kashmir valley.
Reports said that an Innova bearing registration number JK01N/9291 driven by Jan Mohammad Najar, son of Noor Mohammad resident of Natipora hit and injured Ghulam Nabi Naqash, aged 70 years, son of Sonaullah resident of Umarabad, Zainakote at Umarabad. The injured was shifted to SKIMS-Soura for treatment. The driver has been arrested. A case has been registered in this regard.
A Tata Mobile bearing registration number JK18/2461 and a truck collided at Levidoora, Qazigund, resulting in injuries to three persons. The injured were shifted to hospital for treatment. Truck driver fled away along with the truck from the spot. A case has been registered in this regard.
A Maruti bearing registration number JK01N/6004 driven by Haji Abdul Khaliq Mata, son of Habibullah, resident of Buchpora, Srinagar on way from Srinagar to Baramulla hit and injured a lady Khatija Begum, wife of Ghulam Mohammad Sheikh, resident of Kanilbagh at Khoja Bagh, Baramulla. The injured was shifted to hospital for treatment. A case has been registered in this regard.
