RAJOURI, Feb 11: Five cattle were charred to death as a cattle-shed caught fire in Chingus area of district Rajouri last night.
Official sources said that cattle-shed of one Roop Lal, son of Mulakh Raj, resident of Sasalkote in Chingus sector, caught fire under mysterious circumstances during the intervening night of Feb 10 and 11, 2022. In the incident, one cow and calf, one buffalo and two goats were charred to death. The family lodged report with Chingus Police Post in the morning. The police has taken cognizance of the matter.
