SRINAGAR: Ten people, including six doctors and four technicians, were suspended today for remaining absent from duty at Sub District Hospital (SDH) Tangdhar in Kupwara district.
An official spokesperson here said to ensure attendance of employees in Government offices, the Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Kanah, Shabir Ahmad Indrabi along with Tehsildar Karnah, made a surprise inspection of various offices, including SDH Tangdhar.
He said during checking at the hospital, six doctors and four technicians were found unauthorisedly absent from the duty. “All 10 employees were suspended immediately,” he said. (AGENCIES)
