46 officers transferred

JAMMU, Mar 28: The State Government today ordered transfer and posting of 46 KAS officers besides assigning additional charge to Deputy Commissioner Srinagar, Director RMSA and Director Industries and Commerce Jammu.
Ghanshyam Singh, Assistant Commissioner Revenue Ramban is transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary in the Chief Secretary’s office with immediate effect while Pardeep Singh Manhas, Deputy Director Handicrafts (Hqrs) is transferred and his services are placed at the disposal of the Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj for further posting.
Showkat Ahmad Rather, CEO Urban Development Agency Kashmir, is transferred and posted as Deputy Director Libraries, Kashmir. He shall take over the charge of the post of Deputy Director Libraries Kashmir upon the superannuation of Mohd Shuban Lone on March 31, 2013.
Bashir Ahmad Sofi, awaiting orders of posting in the Directorate of Urban Local Bodies Kashmir, is transferred and posted as CEO Urban Development Agency Kashmir vice Showkat Ahmad Rather.
Mohd Ashraf Wani, awaiting orders of adjustment, has been posted as Deputy Commissioner Relief Organisation (Migrants) Srinagar against an available vacancy. Kusum Badyal, Principal RTI Jammu, has been transferred and posted as Joint Registrar Cooperatives (Special) Jammu vice Nitu Gupta who is transferred and posted as Deputy Director Labour Commissioner Jammu vice Shahnaz Akhtar.
Smita Sethi, Registrar GCET Jammu, is transferred and posted as Joint Director Information Jammu against an available vacancy. Nazir Ahmed Baba, General Manager DIC Baramulla, is transferred and posted as Deputy Director in the Directorate of Rural Development Deptt Kashmir while Anjana Tickoo, Deputy Director Handloom Jammu, has been transferred and posted as Development Officer Handicraft (Textile) Jammu.
Mohd Maqbool Bhat, Project Officer DRDA Baramulla, is transferred and posted as GM DIC Baramulla vice Nazir Ahmed Baba. Mohd Ashraf Hakak, SDM Gurez is transferred and posted as GM DIC Ganderbal while Shabir Hussain Bhat, who was awaiting orders of adjustment in GAD, has been posted as Deputy Director Tourism Kashmir.
Krishan Lal, SDM Dudu-Basantgarh, is transferred and posted as Principal RTI Jammu vice Kusum Badyal while Namrita Dogra, Development Officer Handicrafts (Non-Textile) Jammu, is transferred and posted as Deputy Director Handlooms Jammu vice Anjan Tickoo.
Anju Gupta, Deputy Director Information Jammu, who was under orders of transfer as Deputy Director Hospitality and Protocol (Stores), is transferred and posted as Development Officer Handicrafts Jammu vice Namrita Dogra.
Surinder Mohan, Project Officer Water-shed Leh, is transferred and posted as Collector, 220 KV PDD Jammu vice A K Razdan who shall report to GAD for further posting. Champa Devi, Project Officer Water-shed Kathua, is transferred and posted as Registrar GCET Jammu vice Smita Sethi while Shehnaz Akhtar, Deputy Labour Commissioner Jammu is transferred and posted as Deputy Director Geology and Mining Jammu. Jugal Kishore Anand, Deputy Director District Employment and Counseling Centre Jammu, has been transferred and posted as Secretary JDA. Sandish Kumar, Project Officer Water-shed  Srinagar, is transferred and posted as Deputy Director Rural Sanitation Jammu vice Malikzada Sherazul Haq.

R S Jamwal, Deputy Director Information Jammu is transferred and posted as GM JKSRTC Jammu while Malikzada Sherazul Haq, Deputy Director Rural Sanitation, is transferred and posted as GM DIC Rajouri.
Anil Jain, Labhu Ram Digra and Dayawanti, who were awaiting orders of adjustment in GAD, have been posted as Deputy Director Information Jammu, Deputy Secretary in Chief Secretary’s office and Deputy Secretary Science and Technology, respectively.
Ashok Kumar has been posted as Deputy Secretary Hospitality and Protocol, Bharat Bhushan as Deputy Secretary Service Selection Board, Hakim Ashiq Hussain as Deputy Secretary Higher Education, Neelofar as Deputy Secretary in Labour and Employment, Kuldip Kumar Spolia as Deputy Secretary  in Animal and Sheep Husbandry Department, Mohd Ashraf Dhobi as Deputy Secretary in Planning and Development, Raja jee Bhat as Deputy Secretary in Industries and Commerce, Abdul Rashid Bhat as Deputy Secretary in Tourism and culture Ravi Paul Magotra as Deputy Secretary in bureau of Public Enterprises and Floriculture Department, Irshad Ahmad as Deputy Secretary in Agriculture Production, Mushtaq Ahmed as Deputy Secretary in GAD and Peer Manzoor Ahmad as Deputy Secretary in Rural Development Department. All of them were awaiting orders of adjustment in GAD.
Abdul Majid Lone, Masrat Hasham, Mohd Bashir Lone, Mohd Anwar Banday and Renu Sareen, who were also awaiting orders of adjustment in GAD, have been posted as Project Officer Water-shed Srinagar vice Sandish Kumar, GM JKSRT, Custodian TFC Chakkan Da Bagh, SDM Dudu-Basantgarh and Deputy Secretary Cooperative Department, respectively.
Atul Gupta, who was awaiting orders of adjustment in Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, has been posted as Assistant Commissioner Revenue Jammu Municipal Corporation while Autar Krishan Koul, awaiting orders of adjustment in Information Department is posted as Deputy Director Hospitality and Protocol (Stores).
According to another order, Hilal Ahmad Parray, Project Director RMSA, shall also hold the charge of  the post of Director Technical Education in addition to his own duties from April 1, 2013 till further orders.
Gulzar Ahmad Qureshi, Director Industries and Commerce Jammu, shall hold the additional charge of Director  Handicrafts while Farooq Ahmed Shah, Deputy Commissioner Srinagar shall hold the additional charge of Vice-Chairman Srinagar Development Authority.
