KATHUA, Nov 16: District police Kathua today challaned 44 people who violated the Government order and a fine amounting to Rs. 14,900 was collected as a penalty from the violators.
Police said these people were challaned for violating COVID-19 guidelines and SOPs which can lead to spread of pandemic.
