POONCH, Mar 14: Mining department seized four vehicles including two excavator for illegal mining and transportation of raw material in Surankote Tehsil of Poonch district today.
Officials said that District Mineral Officer Poonch, Javid Iqbal checked various areas of Surankote and took action against illegal activities. During operation , a JCB and a Tipper were seized at Dharamohrah Baffliaz, a Dumper at Surankote while another JCB at Pamrote and were handed over to Police.
