MENDHAR, Aug 27: Four teachers were placed under suspension for being un-authorisedly absent from duty today.
Official sources said that on the directions of ZEO Poonch, Lal Hussain, ZEO Mankote paid surprise visit to Govt Middle School, Simkan in Zone Mankote of district Poonch. He found that out of the six teachers placed in that school, only one was present.
Four of them were found absent from duty during mid day while one was attached to another school.
As the ZEO forwarded the report to DyCEO Satpal and CEO, Poonch, they placed the absentee teachers under suspension. They are Mohd Hussain, Mohd Arif, Mohd Raza and Mohd Mahroof.
