JAMMU, Dec 24: Four senior IAS officers including Chief Secretary, Madhav Lal will accompany the Deputy Chief Minister, Tara Chand for attending the 57th NDC meeting being convened by the Planning Commission of India to consider the draft 12th Five Year Plan on December 27, 2012 at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi.
Besides Chief Secretary, the other IAS officers are Mohammad Iqbal Khandey, Financial Commissioner, Finance Department, B R Sharma, Principal Secretary, Planning and Development Department and Raj Kumar Goyal, Principal Resident Commissioner, J&K Government, New Delhi.
Finance Minister, Abdul Rahim Rather is also accompanying the Deputy Chief Minister.
