JAMMU, July 18: The Government has accorded sanction for regularization of four Deputy Directors (Prosecution) as Joint Directors, Prosecution with effect from different dates of the year 2013.
According to the order, issued by RK Goyal, Principal Secretary to Government, Home Department Srinagar, sanction has been made on the recommendations of Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission and will be subject to the outcome of the writ petition, if any, pending before any competent court of law.
The date of promotion of Pawan Kumar will be from February 8, 2013, while Syed Muzaffer Hussain and Mohammad shraraf will be promoted from December 17, 2013 and Sikandar Mohan Kapoor with effect from December 19, 2013.
