JAMMU, Feb 12: Four members of a family have been booked for kidnapping a minor girl.
As per police sources, a complaint was lodged by Farooq Ahmed, son of Habibullah Khan of Majheen Batra with Police Station Nagrota stating that his minor daughter has been kidnapped by Babli Kumari, wife of Joginder Kumar, her sons Gautam Kumar and Sunil and her daughter Ritu, resident of Sheikh Nagar Bahu Fort District Jammu.
Acting over the complaint, a case under FIR Number 60/2020 under sections 362 and 109 IPC has been registered at Nagrota Police Station and hunt has been launched to rescue the kidnapped girl and arrest the abductors.
However, no arrest was made till last reports were compiled.
