JAMMU, Jan 17: Government today ordered promotion of four KAS officers to the Special Scale on officiating basis.
These officers are Itrat Hussain Rafiqui, Mir Altaf Ahmad, Mohammad Yasin Sheikh and Jatinder Gupta.
Upon promotion, Mohammad Yasin Sheikh and Jatinder Gupta have been designated as Special Secretaries in their respective departments. However, Itrat and Mir Altaf would continue to work at their present places of postings till further orders.
Meanwhile, consequent upon expiry of the term of deputation of Aamir Ali, Incharge Assistant Executive Engineer, Rural Engineering Wing, Rural, Rural Development Department as OSD with Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, the officer has been repatriated to his parent department for further adjustment.
According to another order, Devender Singh Bhau, Additional Private Secretary in the Personal Section of the then Minister for Medical Education, Technical Education, Youth Services and Sports, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, has been repatriated to his parent department-Rural Development for further adjustment.
