JAMMU, May 19: High Court today ordered promotion of four Judges and found 19 Judicial Officers fit and eligible for continued utility as per Jammu and Kashmir Higher Judicial Service Rules, 2009.
According to the order issued by the Registrar General of the High Court, Rashid Ali Dar, Principal District and Sessions Judge Srinagar and Vinod Chatterji Koul, Principal District and Sessions Judge Kathua have been placed in the Super Time Scale of J&K Higher Judicial Service with effect from April 30, 2015.
Similarly, Mohammad Yousaf Wani, Registrar Judicial of J&K High Court Srinagar Wing and Sanjay Parihar, Registrar Judicial of J&K High Court Jammu Wing have been placed in the Selection Grade of J&K Higher Judicial Service with effect from April 30, 2015.
Nineteen Judicial Officers, who have attained or attaining the age of 50 and 55 years, have been found fit and eligible for continued utility as Judicial Officers as intended by Rules 21 and 24 of the Jammu and Kashmir Higher Judicial Service Rules, 2009.
They are Vinod Chatterji Koul, Sanjay Dhar, Mohan Lal Manhas, Mohammad Akram Choudhary, Rajesh Sekri, RK Wattal, Bala Joyti, Syed Tawqeer Ahmad, Jaffer Hussain Beigh, Mohan Singh Parihar, Mohammad Ibrahim Wani, Mohammad Ashraf Malik, Zubair Ahmed Raza, Madan Lal, YP Kotwal, KS Parihar, Aijaz Ahmed Mir, Subash Chander Gupta and Parvaiz Hussain Kachroo.
