4 hurt as vehicle over turns on Mughal Road

POONCH, May 7: Four persons were injured when a Tata mobile vehicle over turned on the road in Bafliaz area of Mughal Road this morning.
Official sources said that mishap took place when Tata Mobile vehicle loaded with domestic goods/ items of a nomad family, was on way to Shopian from Reasi. When the vehicle reached near about 5 kms short of Bafliaz, it turned turtle on the road at a sharp curve.
Four persons were injured in the accident. The police party from Bafliaz rushed to the spot. The injured were rushed to Surankote hospital. One of them was later shifted to GMC hospital Jammu for head injuries.
The accident victims were identified as Yaseen Ahmed-50, son of Shallo; Mohd Altaf-18, son of Mohd Azar; Farooq Ahmed -35, son of Mohd Jan and Mohd Mushtaq-25, son of Abdul Latief , hailing from Reasi area.
The police said driver had also sustained minor injuries but he managed to escape from the spot. It said persons on board were nomads and carrying their house hold articles on vehicle while other members were coming on foot along with cattle. A case has been registered in this connection at Surankote Police Station, police said.
