JAMMU, June 17: Four persons have been booked for allegedly kidnapping a minor girl of other community.
As per police sources, a written complaint has been lodged by family members of a girl hailing from Badila with Police Station RS Pura alleging that Mehar Lal, his son Sunil Kumar, both residents of Badila along with Deepak Kumar and Sunny Kumar, both residents of Badyal Brahmana have kidnapped their daughter.
Acting over the complaint, a case under FIR Number 76/18 under Section 363 RPC has been registered at RS Pura Police Station and hunt was launched to rescue the kidnapped girl and arrest the accused.
However, no arrest was made till last reports were compiled.
