As per police sources, twenty six persons including four Army jawans were injured as four vehicles collided in Narwal area, this morning.

After getting information, police team rushed to the spot and with the help of locals started rescue operation.
All the injured persons were rushed to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), where they were undergoing treatment, when last reports poured in. The four Army personnel injured in accident were shifted to MH Satwari.
The injured have been identified as Rakesh Kumar (25), son of Subash Chander of Narwal, Shabnam (22), wife of Sabzar Ahmed of Mahore, Manohar Lal (48), son of Santokh Nath of Qasim Nagar, Pardeep (23), son of Amar Singh of Uttar Pradesh, at present Kunjwani, Ricky (35), son of Mangat Ram of Rajive Nagar, Anuradha (22), daughter of Amir Chand of Narwal, Mohammad Maroof (14), son of Mohammad Ashraf of Channi Rama, Nazira Bibi (38), wife of Ashraf of Channi Rama, Shambu Nath (60), son of Hari Chand of Qasim Nagar, Mohib Ullah (25), son of Mubalig of Burma, at present Bathindi, Gulshan Kumar (23), son of Ajeet Raj of Bishnah, Mohammad Rehan (10), son of Mohammad Ashraf of Channi Rama, Mulkh Raj (39), son of Lal Chand of Billawer, Chaman Lal (35), son of Tarseem Lal of Narwal, Kuldeep Raj (52), son of Kishori Lal of Marh Jammu, Kartar Chand (56), son of Kishore Ram of Chenani District Udhampur, Renu Devi (55), wife of Kartar Chand of Chenani District Udhampur, Rajpal (30), son of Harbans Singh of Malik Market Jammu, Priyanka Koul (24), daughter of Ashok Singh of Subash Nagar Jammu, Romesh Kumar (19), son of Alok Nath of District Ramban, Shabana Akhter (18), daughter of Mohammad Ashraf of Channi Rama and an unidentified male of aged around 48 hours.
The identity of the four army personnel could not be ascertained as they are undergoing treatment at MH Satwari.
A case under relevant Sections has been registered at Bahu Fort Police Station and investigation started.
