JAMMU, Feb 10: Issuing two separate orders, Government today ordered transfers and postings of 39 Forest Officers with immediate effect.
According to 1st order, Uzma Hamal (l/c District Soil Conservation Officer Jammu/Samba) has been transferred and posted as l/c Senior Scientist, Soil and Water Conservation J&K, Rahul Singh Majdial (I/c District Soil Conservation Officer Kathua as l/c District Soil Conservation Officer Jammu/Samba, Sanjay Kotwal (l/c District Soil Conservation Officer Udhampur/Reasi as l/c District Soil Conservation Officer Kathua, Tariq Bashir Sheikh (Technical Officer, Conservator of Forests, Jammu East Circle) as l/c District Soil Conservation Officer, Udhampur/Reasi and Anwar Aftab Shah (I/c Deputy Director, Forest Protection Force Reasi) as l/c District Soil Conservation Officer Poonch.
Arshad Ali Qadri (l/c District Soil Conservation Officer, Baramulla), has been transferred and posted as l/c District Soil Conservation Officer Srinagar/ Ganderbal, Abdul Rashid Bhat (I/c District Soil Conservation Officer, Pulwama) as l/c District Soil Conservation Officer Anantnag/ Kulgam, Parvaiz Ahmad Parry (I/c-ACF (WL), awaiting orders of adjustment in the administrative department) as l/c Environmental Forester in Directorate of Ecology, Environment & Remote Sensing, J&K while Bhagwan Singh Slathia (ACF, Deputy Director, Forest Protection Force, Kathua) has been transferred and posted as l/c Mass Media Officer, Directorate of Ecology, Environment & Remote Sensing, J&K.
Sajjad Ahmad Khan (RO-I, awaiting orders of adjustment in the administrative department) has been transferred and posted as I/c Environmental Soil Conservationist, Directorate of Ecology, Environment & Remote Sensing, J&K, Manzoor Ahmad Bhat (I/c DFO, Social Forestry, Pulwama) as l/c PO LCMA Srinagar whereas Zahid Aslam Moghal (I/c Regional Director, Social Forestry, Kashmir) shall hold the additional charge of the post of Joint Director, Soil & Water Conservation, Kashmir and Sanjay Kumar Gupta (I/c DF0, Social Forestry, Doda) shall hold the additional charge of the post of DSCO Doda.
Sagar Hussain Jamwal (RO 1/c DSCO, Doda) has been transferred and posted as Technical Officer in the Office of Conservator of Forests, Chenab Circle, Amrik Singh (l/c DFO, Social Forestry, Rajouri) shall hold the additional charge of the post of DSCO Rajouri, Tanveer Ahmad Parray (I/c-DFO, Social Forestry, Baramulla) shall hold the additional charge of the post of DSCO, Baramulla/Bandipora and Mohammad lqbal Lone (l/c DFO, Social Forestry, Pulwama) shall hold the additional charge of the post of DSCO, Pulwama/ Shopian.

Mohammad Yaseen Sheikh (l/c DFO, Statistics, Srinagar) has been transferred and posted as I/c DFO, Planning & Publicity, Kashmir, relieving Showkat Ahmad Kuthoo (l/c DFO, Demarcation Division, Srinagar) of the additional charge of the post while Showkat Ahmad Kuthoo shall hold the additional charge of the post of DFO, Statistics, Srinagar, Som Dutt Khajuria (ACF, awaiting orders of posting in the office of the PCCF & HoFF, J&K) has been posted as Technical Officer in the office of the Chief Conservator of Forests, Jammu and Mohammad Ramzan Mir (RO-1, awaiting orders of posting in the office of the APCCF/Chief Conservator of Forests, Kashmir) has been posted as Technical Officer in the office of the APCCF/Chief Conservator of Forests, Kashmir.
Bilal Ahmad Mir (RO-I, awaiting orders of adjustment) has been posted as Technical Officer in the Office of PCCF & HoFF J&K, Riyaz Ahmad Malik (RO-I, awaiting orders of adjustment) as Technical Officer in the Office of the Conservator of Forests, Srinagar Circle, Khalid Mehmood (RO-I, awaiting orders of adjustment) as Technical Officer in the Office of Chief Conservator of Forests, Jammu and Sajad Hussain Khaki (RO-I, presently attached in the Office of APCCF, Kashmir) has been posted as Technical Officer in the Directorate of Ecology, Environment and Remote Sensing, J&K.
Noor-ul-Amin Malik (RO-I, presently attached in the Office of the PCCF & HoFF, J&K) has been posted as Technical Officer in the Office of the APCCF/Chief Conservator of Forests, Kashmir and Manzoor Ahmad Bhat (IWDP Borne), awaiting orders of adjustment on his displacement from FPF Budgam, shall report to PCCF & HoFF, J&K whereas Muneer Ahmad Bhat (IWDP Borne), awaiting orders of displacement adjustment on his displacement from FPF, Pulwama, shall report to PCCF & HoFF, J&K and Devinder Magotra (IWDP Borne), awaiting orders of adjustment on his displacement from Soil & Water Conservation, Poonch, shall report to POCCF & HoFF J&K.
As per another order, Sat Paul (Conservator of Forests, Working Plan Circle, holding additional charge of the post of Conservator of Forests, Central Circle) shall also look after the charge of the post of Chief Conservator of Forests (Central) in the office of the PCCF & HoFF, J&K while Jyotsana (DFO Working Plan-I) shall also function as Technical Officer with Chief Conservator of Forests (Central) in the office of the PCCF & HoFF, J&K.
