JAMMU, July 9: The Government today issued orders of promotions (own pay grade), transfers and postings of 37 Chief Accounts Officers, Accounts Officers and Treasury Officers working in the State Finance and other departments.
Manohar Lal Raina Accounts Officer in the office of Director Accounts & Treasuries Jammu has been placed as I/C Chief Accounts Officer (CAO) in the J&K Health Society (NRHM) vice Rajesh Talwar. Ganesh Dass Sharma, ATO Additional Treasury Gandhi Nagar Jammu has been placed/ promoted as I/C Dy Comptroller, SKUAST, Jammu vice Rashpal Singh. Ghulam Mohd Rather Revenue Officer, PDD Bijbehara has been placed as I/C CAO, District Fund Office Ramban, Ghulam Ahmed Najar, ATO Distt Treasury Pulwama as I/C FA&CAO, J&K Minerals Ltd while Ramesh Chander Sharma, AO, Dy Directorate of Stores & Procurement Jammu as I/C CAO J&K Board of Professional Entrance Examinations vice Ashok Kumar.
Kuldip Singh Jamwal, under orders of posting as Director Finance CAPD has now been placed as Director Finance, Labour Employment & Transport department, Satnam Singh District Treasury Officer Rajouri as CAO in Distt Fund Office Poonch, Shadi Lal Pandita, senior instructor NZAT Institute Jammu as FA&CAO, JAKFED Jammu, Rajesh Talwar as FA&CAO in CAPD, Imtiaz Ahmed Wani FA&CAO in PDD as FA&CAO in JKTDC, Riaz Ahmed Shah Dy Director Audit & Inspections Kashmir as FA&CAO in PDD, Ghulam Nabi Bhat CAO Srinagar Municipal Corporation as Distt Treasury Officer Kupwara and will hold additional charge of the post of CAO Distt Fund Office Kupwara till further orders.

The department in yet another order issued today transferred Abhishek Talwaria , AO (Prob) as AO J&K Academy of Art, Culture and Languages, Nazir Ahmed Bagow as I/C AO in ERA Srinagar, Jagdish Kumar Sharma under orders of posting to PDC as AO in the Deputy Directorate of Stores and Procurement Jammu vice Ramesh Chander, Ms Syed Mubashira Hussain AO ( Prob) posted in the office of Development Commissioner Power as AO in the Directorate of Hospitality and Protocol J&K, vice Pritam Lal who has now been posted as AO in the office of Development Commissioner Power. Jigmat Namgyal AO ( Prob), ATO Distt Treasury Leh has been shifted and posted as AO in the office of Dy Commissioner Leh vice Madan Gopal who has been posted as AO in the Directorate of Fisheries.
