JAMMU, Nov 27: In a major drive launched against violation of traffic rules including over-speeding, wrong parking, over-loading etc, Traffic Police today seized 30 matadors and challaned 700 others in different parts of Jammu City.
The Traffic Police crackdown against the matadors came following complaints that some of them were violating traffic norms by indulging in over-speeding and parking the vehicles at unauthorized places.
Traffic Police, during the drive, seized 30 vehicles and challaned 700 others.
The drive, which was undertaken under the supervision of DySP Traffic, Jammu City, Tejinder Singh will continue.
