JAMMU, Mar 1: The Government has ordered placement of three Incharge Executive Engineers in R&B (Civil) as Incharge Superintending Engineers and 16 Incharge Executive Engineers (Civil Degree Holders) as Incharge Executive Engineers.
The Incharge Executive Engineers, who have been promoted as Incharge SEs, include; Kashmiri Lal Koul, Rashid Ahmed Fani and Bashir Ahmed.
Consequent upon these promotions, the Government also ordered transfers and postings of 5 SEs.
On promotion, Kashmir Lal Koul has been posted in PMGSY Circle, Baramulla against an available vacancy while Rashid Ahmed Fani has posted in Circular Road project Srinagar vice B D Pangotra, who is transferred and posted as Joint Director Technical Education Department against an available vacancy.
Bashir Ahmed, on promotion, has been posted in R&B Circle Ganderbal, Bandipora while Mohammad Ali Khan is transferred from Mughal Road Project and posted in R&B Circle Pulwama-Shopian against available vacancy.
Those promoted as Incharge Executive Engineers, include Suman Bhaskar, Ishtiaq Ahmed Malik, Kishore Kumar, Satish Kumar, Rajinder Kumar, Suresh Kumar, Ghulam Mohd Wani, Rama Kant Sharma, Rajesh Abrol, Muzaffar Ahmad Mir, Rajin Gupta, Daleep Kumar Dhar, Balbir Singh, Mohd Yousuf Tramboo and Rajesh Kumar Bhagat.
These X-Ens shall continue at their present place of posting till further orders.
